An introduction to using interactive whiteboards (IWBs) in the classroom, demonstrated by Gareth Davies - one of Oxford's Teacher Trainers - using Oxford tools.
Note “IWB”: Interactive White Board.
Interactive White Board is a big white board that used in
class with a great feature which is touch and remote .Also, It links with computer
and use with special software that gives you so many chances and temples .It
used with this new generation of student who are really know and familiar with
new technologies.
In fact, before I came to SQU.I heard about IWB ,but my
background was not that much IWB .During my first classes in ILT department ,I
really know how IWB is enjoyable and useful in learning .How???There are a lot
of chances to use a particular method. I mean the latest theories that
appearedin the world of Educationcan be applied and test with these news
technologies .That is really amazing !! Then , we as a student learned what is
IWB , and how can it be worked. There are many companies provide these smart
board .In my course in tech called “Course Ware”, teacher use it , and I heard
how sound can be high , so student how will be in last line in class can easy
hear the sound.
In future , school will be so excellent , as we see during
these period of time .I know IWB is high cost , but if we will see a great
generation developed than past generation that is good , and IWB do well with
our student .I would say if Ministry of Education will have smart board ,I am a
hope to apply that. I will specify some or most of my lessons in IWB to my
student.
Wikies , this word appeared in front of me when I search
about wiki site appear in web. Iwas
thinking Wikipedia have many names , and one of them is wikis .I sow it when I
search in the past in elementary school time. But the fact that stock in my
mind was wrong .There are different type of wikies .In tech classes , everything
change in my veggies background .Also, there are some websites or let’s called
them services such as Google App. It includea package .I attended some workshops talked about Google App. Example of
these app is Google docs , where you can share and write in a group when
collaborative learning applied .But there are some problems with Google docs.
Some of them , Instructor cannot control some students delete a file. On other
hand, wikis have solve that problem , and the teacher “instructor” can know
delete ,and also, return the deleted file .I signedup and tried these services from (wikis.com)
but most of my friends work in a group in Google docs, because it is easy.
In future, with student in school ,I will try to use it.
There are not that strong internet in
some schools and I noted that when I trained during this semester . I think it
will not do well with primary and secondary student , but elementary students
are ready because of expected outcomes that help them to join like these
learning styles and internet tools.
In fact, technology has been changed the world .Everything
may related or have some relation with technology .This century is different a
lot than before. We cannot describe how technology affect in our life .It is
amazing if we use it in right way. On other hand , education means is deep more
than teaching a student write and read .Devisees, computerand web are becoming important in our daily
life .Technology affects even in the way of teaching students learn. Now, we
have seen the big countries as UK and USA integrated technology into Education.
There are many factor lead to use technology in Education .Cost effeteness
playing big part. Technologyin
education is useful ,as with any learning tool , need idea for innovation and
talent of teachers. Technology is easy to manage , so it reduce so many
problems that humanity and the educators special. The curriculumnow with technology has been changed to
better such as e-books. I have really tried on varies of these technology such
as :iBook app .It is so amazing with an interactive e-Book .It include
multimedia that engage learning and attract him with that interactive tools as
touch the text and then it’s talk an so on. Learner now face new systems of
learning as e-learning or Mobile learning which I will talk about in other Post
on this blog.
Critical of the writing about future
Therefore , I see technology is improving education .Also,
itprovides facilities for teachers
andlearners .I am planning tojustify technology in the future school and
in my learning method .I found some techniques are useful that depend on
internetlike” web quest” for solve
problem .And this topic is big than to gives a few examples. I am sure that out
comes of learning will chang and developed so much technology rather than it’s
limitation

Story board is important before preparing multimedia and
other production .storyboard is collections of organized
graphics in form of illustration on sequence. I used story board before three
semester in Multimedia course , with Flash cs6 Project .Therefore , I draw a
sketch for multi forums that I include them for the project .I usedA4 paper and write and Draw what I brained
storm then plan I was planningto do. It
is success in way to cut the huge
randomized of information with big projects. From my experience , it emphasize
the time of working. Also, I would mention that ,there is different between
story board and concept maps , because what have been seen from my collage
“student friend” . I search about study about story board.

board. Then the researcher prove examples of how story board can be important
with short time product development as TV or radio new programming .The second
part, show overview about story board .Also, HyperCard is a story board product
for interactive design .There are some advantages of story boarding

way “story board”. Also, I am going to prepare a workshop for teacher , but the
it difficultto accept because it need
skills .Also, it depend on type of learning if they like drawing or not .This
time , I am not with this method or way of learning. Therefore, the will be no
chance to include story board with me.

One of nice topic , I readabout M-learning .As a student using these technology , I was waiting to
hear aboutlearning can be happen with
those smart devices .After taking Tech classes , I learned what are principles
that danger of contenting M-learning should do. Also, M-learning include
Tablets (I pad, IPod, windows RT,…etc.).Whats Appis a good example to applyM-learning. But we have to be avoided with
some condition .and here below some information that may give extra information

1. Mobile learning technology is rapidly advancing. It will
constantly change equipment in an effort to keep pace with the
"latest" technical advancements.
2. It allows users to have access to the resources in
different formats (voice, text, picture and video). It allows the reuse of
material.

1.It is easy to provide lecture and sample spreadsheets
electronically. Also, you can use e-mail, Web sites, online discussion groups
and other chat forums. Instructor can also provide content by: e-book, PDE,
using Microsoft office and it easy to change.

can quickly change materials using mobile device. We now have several new and
exciting ways to change and update materials and information. The mobile
allows you to change animation, moving pictures, and sound into lessons
In these days, the world change faster day after day. There
will be time either ,we agree or not agree about using Mobile in school or
during class time .As ILT , am willing to use of M- Learning and applied it
